Payment is due according to the terms specified in your estimate or invoice. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.

Quotes and estimates are valid for the period specified in the documentation provided. After this period, prices and availability may change.
Estimates are based on the information provided and visual inspections. Additional costs may be incurred if unforeseen circumstances arise during service. We will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any additional work.
We will make every effort to arrive at scheduled appointment times. However, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any schedule changes.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid potential cancellation fees.
The Customer agrees to provide Insulation Systems OK with a safe worksite, free from hazards, and in compliance with all applicable OSHA and state regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cease work if we determine the worksite conditions are unsafe or if hazardous materials are discovered during the service. Additional charges may apply for work delays caused by undisclosed worksite conditions.
Customer is responsible for removing belongings from the work area to prevent damage. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.
We warrant our workmanship for a period of [X] years from the date of installation. Material warranties are limited to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insulation Systems OK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Insulation Systems OK and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, all such disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Insulation Systems OK regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral.
